East River Partners has another exciting project located at 873 Pacific Street in Brooklyn’s Prospect Heights neighborhood. The project is a 5-story ground-up condominium building with 8 units.

About the Building

By collaborating Anthony Morena of Mortar Architecture, we created these boutique condominiums to meet the highest standard of living for new homeowners in Prospect Heights.

There are two duplexes on the lower level with private gardens and garages. On the third and fourth floors, you will find four apartments. Last, but certainly not least, are the two penthouse suites. They feature 12-foot ceilings and nearly 1600 square feet of private roof deck space.

The building’s condominium homes will have either 1, 2, or 3 bedrooms. All units in the building boast a modern, timeless design. The units include central air conditioning, a dishwasher, an elevator, and a BOSCH washer and dryer. The building also has an elevator that is only accessible by private key. Other amenities include private storage, recreational space and a parking garage.

Adding luxury to functionality, units include 9-foot floor-to-ceiling windows, natural white oak floors, walk-in closets, and private terraces. Spacious layouts and open floor plans give plenty of options for homeowners’ personal design touches.

The kitchen features custom cabinetry, stain-resistant Montclair Danby stone countertops, and appliances by Liebherr and Bertazzoni. The bathrooms feature herringbone marble tiles and a deep soaking tub for a distinctive, high end look.

Prospect Heights Neighborhood

Prospect Heights is known for its beautiful tree-lined streets. On Washington Avenue, you will find unique international eateries and shops. Residents of Prospect Heights are also close to the Barclay’s Center, home to the NHL’s New York Islanders and the NBA’s Brooklyn Nets, so it is a great area for sports fans.

The Brooklyn Academy of Music and Phillip Morris Dance Theater can also be found in Prospect Heights, which gives the neighborhood appeal for those who have an appreciation for the arts. Other notable sites in the area are Prospect Park and Botanical Gardens. The neighborhood also has easy access to many subway lines for convenient travel.

This high end condominium building will be move-in ready by summer of 2018. This month, the units will be on the market for potential homebuyers. Visit the 873 Pacific Street website to learn more.
