In 2017, East River Partners completed and sold the property at 432 10th Street in Brooklyn’s beautiful Park Slope neighborhood. The 5-story building features four condos, one being a garden duplex that occupies two floors.

In these condos, our focus was on creating a luxurious space for the future occupants. We only included the best materials and appliances.

In the kitchen, you’d find an open design that’s inviting and perfect for entertaining. The custom cabinetry, Liebherr refrigerator, Bertazzoni range and oven, and Statuarietto Venato stone slab countertops create a space like no other.

The luxury continues into the master bathrooms with Waterworks fixtures and marble herringbone floors.

Each unit has a private balcony that is a great location to read a good book or sip your morning coffee while looking out at the neighborhood.

Throughout all the units, you’ll find high ceilings and large windows that allow ample amounts of natural sunlight to flood the space.

You’ll also find Bosch washer and dryers, extra storage, and a video intercom system.

The building’s exterior is equally as stunning as the interior. It is a brick building that stands out on the street while still complementing the neighborhood’s traditional charm.

Titan Realty & Construction was an instrumental part in coordinating our contracting needs on this Park Slope project. As a result of the great experience, we retained them as our Construction Manager on our 356 Baltic Street and 873 Pacific Street projects.

Duplex Garden Apartment

The building’s largest unit is the duplex garden apartment. It measures a total 2,682 square feet. The apartment has two-and-a-half bathrooms and two bedrooms. However, the basement space with access to the private backyard could be used as an extra bedroom. Because of the 1,074 square feet of beautiful landscaping just a few steps away, it could potentially be the best bedroom in the house.

Penthouse Apartment

The top floor unit is the 2,127-square-foot penthouse suite. We designed this unit with Park Slope’s larger families in mind. The apartment features four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. No fighting over who gets to shower first. The living room ceilings are double-height, and the unit opens onto a private rooftop terrace that would meet any entertaining needs. During the summer, the roof would be the perfect place to catch a glimpse at New York’s infamous firework displays.

Park Slope is a growing area with ample charm. Within walking distance, you’ll find fantastic eateries and shopping, along with parks and other activities to keep you busy on the weekends.
