In 2017, East River Partners completed and sold the property at 432 10th Street in Brooklyn’s beautiful Park Slope neighborhood. The 5-story building features four condos, one being a garden duplex that occupies two floors.
The East River Partners property at 371 Sixth Avenue was acquired in April of 2012. Because of our renovations and the great location, it truly epitomizes the best of Brooklyn’s Brownstone living.
East River Partners acquired the property at 397 First Street in April of 2011. In less than two years, we gave a complete makeover to this pre-war era multi-family rental building, creating modern condos with character.
In 2012, East River Partners acquired a property at 364 Union Street in the Carroll Gardens neighborhood of Brooklyn, NY. We completed the project in April 2014. The property now contains 5 beautiful condominium units.
Located in historic Fort Greene, Brooklyn, East River Partners developed 16 stunning residences, spread over 2 bordering addresses. The properties at 164 South Oxford Street and 171 South Portland Avenue feature two distinct facades, but are connected by a 60-foot rear yard.
